Dr Ho received his PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), MPhil in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and MSc in the Management of Manufacture from Coventry University, UK.
Dr Ho has served in several departments and units at the PolyU as a teaching and research staff before he joined The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He has also served as an examination paper setter, invigilator and marker for The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong’s (CILTHK) Professional Qualifying Examination.
Dr Ho’s research areas include operations management, supply chain management, and marketing. He has won an award for the best paper for the International Marketing track in the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy Annual Conference in 2009.
