Ms Chan is the Co-founder of iGen6 New Media Group and has more than 20 years of high level management experience in corporate communication, media relations, event management, public affairs, advertising and customer service, etc. Her leadership for iGen6 New Media Group includes serving diversified clients from government departments (such as EDB, HAB, LCSD, CSD, Health Department, etc.), blue-chip listed companies (clients included Wharf Holdings, Li and Fung, Sino Group, PCCW, etc.) and big corporations/ NGOs/ quasi-government clients in HKSAR and the Greater Bay Area (e.g. HKTDC, Cyberport, Tencent Group, Qianhai HK, Shenzhen Incubation Centres) currently or in the past.? Her major achievements for iGen6 include (winning the following awards as the project-in-charge):

  1. Top Five Finalist in “Arts, Entertainment & Media Campaign of the Year” of “PR Week Awards Asia”
  2. Top Five Finalist in “Best Use – Newspapers” and “Best Idea –Newspapers” of “Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year Award”
  3. Red Herring: Asia Top 100
  4. Winner of "US NMI New Media Awards 'Best in Industry‘”

Prior to co-founding iGen6, she was the Deputy Head of Corporate Communication Division of New World First Bus and Citybus, where she garnered various reputable marketing and corporate communication awards in Hong Kong and the PRC for the Companies, including 2 awards presented by the HKMA/TVB Awards for Marketing Excellence 2010 and a Gold Award (Marketing PR - Services) in the 9th China Golden Awards for Excellence in Public Relations organized by China International Public Relations Association. With her leadership and track records in the profession, she also won as an individual "Distinguished Marketing Leadership Award" in the HKMA/TVB Awards for Marketing Excellence 2010.

Ms Chan graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (B.A.) and The Australian Graduate School of Management (MBA).? She is the Life member of Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals' Association and had obtained previously other qualifications from different professional bodies (Chartered Marketer and Fellow by The Chartered Institute of Marketing in UK, Hong Kong Institute of Marketing - Hon. Member, Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong and Hong Kong Management Association).? She has been the guest lecturer for corporate communication and marketing courses at different tertiary institutes and professional bodies as well as trainer in corporate training, speaker in seminars/ symposiums for PR, marketing communication and social media scopes.? She also serves the community as the past and current Chairman of Steering Committee for Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association, the CUHK Torch Fund Committee Member, Ad-hoc Committee Member on Applied Learning of The Education Bureau’s Curriculum Development Council. Her professional contributions also included past services in the Hong Kong Regional Board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK)(2014-17 Board member) and other community groups’ leaders or advisors.
